Most Items are Returnable. If you need to return an item for a Refund or Exchange you must contact us via email at: email@example.com for a Return Address (RA).
Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 7 days (unless 7 th day falls on a Sunday or a Holiday) from the date the items were delivered to you. If items are not received within these guidelines we will issue you a store credit only. No exceptions.
Items must be unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for return.
Accessories, jewelry, or shoes will not be accepted for return or exchange
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are handled within 10 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your online store credit has been issued.
Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
To return/exchange your purchase:
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
If your merchandise falls within the return criteria, please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org indicating what you are returning, your purchase date and reason for return.
If the order is returned past the 7 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and the standard USPS shipping charge of $5.00 will be applied to your card. $20.00 for Canadian and International orders. For other questions please email us at email@example.com

If you believe you have received defective product you must contact our warehouse within 2 days of receiving your order.
